Shipping
  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • What is the order cut-off time? Orders must be placed before 5 pm to be processed the same day.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    • Handling time: 1-3 business days.
    • Transit time: 5-7 business days.
  • What happens if my order is damaged during shipping? Please take photos of the damaged package and contents, then email them to sales@statusappliances.com with your order number for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • What condition must the product be in to be returned? The product must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Is there a restocking fee? Yes, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • How do I start a return? Contact customer service at sales@statusappliances.com to initiate a return. They will provide further instructions.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund? Once your return is approved, you will be refunded within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable
