1. How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated total delivery time: 6–11 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—standard shipping within the United States and Canada is completely free.

3. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Absolutely. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@statusappliances.com
Once an order has shipped, we can no longer modify the address.

4. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your order is delivered damaged, please refuse the package or email us at sales@statusappliances.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll assist you right away

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, UnionPay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
All payments are processed in USD.

7. Do you store my credit card details?
No. We do not have access to your full card number.
We only see your billing information, shipping information, order details, and the last four digits of your card.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

9. How do I request a return?
Simply email sales@statusappliances.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you the return address along with a free prepaid return label.

10. Are returns free?
Yes—return shipping is free, and we do not charge any restocking fees.

11. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your returned item is received and inspected by our team.

12. Which items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Products missing tags or original packaging

  • Final sale items

13. How can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please send it back as a return. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
