Shipping

1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days. Total delivery time: 6–11 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping within the United States.

3. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@statusappliances.com   Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

4. What if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact sales@statusappliances.com  with photos of the product and packaging.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Union Pay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
All payments are in USD.

6. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use 128-bit SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant to protect your data.

7. Do you store my credit card details?
No, we never have access to your full card number—only billing and shipping info, order details, and the last four digits of your card.


Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags.

9. How do I start a return?
Email sales@statusappliances.com  with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return address and a free label.

10. Are returns free?
Yes, return shipping is free. There’s no restocking fee.

11. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

12. What items can’t be returned?
Used, worn, missing-tag, or final sale items cannot be returned.

13. How do I exchange an item?
Return your original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
