Return & Refund Policy

30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You as customer provides the costs for the return shipping.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable. Furthermore, any returned item more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable.

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at  sales@statusappliances.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What condition product are you receiving in return?
We accept returns for unused products in original condition and packaging. 

What is the restocking fee?
Our restocking fee is 25% of the order value.

Exchanges
We only exchange damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at sales@statusappliances.com

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
