Return & Refund Policy

At Status Appliances, we want you to love every new appliance you bring into your home. But if something doesn’t quite fit, we’re here to make returns and refunds as simple as possible. Here’s everything you need to know!

How to Make a Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return. To start your return, drop us an email at sales@statusappliances.com. We’ll send you the return form and provide all the details, including the return address. Please note that there’s a 25% restocking fee, so be sure the appliance isn’t the right fit before initiating the return.

The items must be in unused condition.

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll get to work on processing your refund. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to hit your account after we’ve received and inspected the appliance.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods?

Oh no! If your appliance arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Just reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@statusappliances.com, and we’ll either send a replacement or arrange a return, whichever works best for you. 

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. Just let us know at sales@statusappliances.comas soon as possible, and we’ll cancel it with no hassle. Once your appliance is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can follow the return process.

Exchanges

Want to swap that dishwasher for a cooler instead? We’re happy to help with exchanges! Just contact us at sales@statusappliances.com within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’ll walk you through the exchange process.
