Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with Status Appliances. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

  • It must be unused, unworn, and free from signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a return request.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email: sales@statusappliances.com

include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Requests submitted over weekends or holidays will be handled on the following business day.

Return Summary

  • Return method: By mail

  • Return label: Provided at no cost (download and print)

  • Restocking fee: No restocking fee

  • Condition required: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return window: 30 days from confirmed delivery

  • Accepted country: United States

  • Refund processing time: Up to 7 business days after inspection

Exceptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items

  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or tags

  • Personalized items

  • Marked final sale products

If an item does not meet the return requirements, a refund cannot be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at sales@statusappliances.com

 with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the quickest solution is to:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Send back the original item

  3. Place a new order after the return is accepted

This ensures faster processing and availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 7 business days

Please note:
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize and post the refund to your account.
