We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with Status Appliances. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
It must be unused, unworn, and free from signs of wear.
All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a return request.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Restocking fee: No restocking fee
Condition required: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
Return window: 30 days from confirmed delivery

Refund processing time: Up to 7 business days after inspection
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or worn items
Products missing original packaging, accessories, or tags
Personalized items
Marked final sale products
If an item does not meet the return requirements, a refund cannot be issued.

We will resolve the issue promptly.
If you need a different item, the quickest solution is to:

Send back the original item
Place a new order after the return is accepted
This ensures faster processing and availability.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your return is approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time is up to 7 business days
