Shipping policy

At Status Appliances, we know that waiting for your new stove, cooler, or dishwasher is exciting, and we aim to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, from the moment you place your order to the second it arrives at your doorstep!

Order Cutoff Time

Place your order by 5 p.m. MDT, and we’ll get the ball rolling the same day! Any orders after this time will be processed the following business day.

Order Processing Time

We work hard to ensure your appliances are prepped and ready to go. Order processing takes 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order is processed, it’s on its way to you!

Delivery Time

After processing, your appliances will typically arrive within 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday). Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we always strive to get your new appliance to you as quickly as possible.

The best part? Shipping is completely free—no hidden fees, no surprises.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in our packaging, but if your appliance arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, don’t worry! Simply contact us at sales@statusappliances.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue swiftly. Whether it’s a replacement or return, we’ve got you covered.

Order Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. In such cases, we’ll notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery estimate. If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days, you can contact us to discuss your options.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? We totally get it—plans change! You can cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. Just shoot us an email at sales@statusappliances.com as soon as possible, and we’ll handle the rest. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
