Changing Your Shipping Address
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer modify the delivery address.

Cancellation & Address Errors
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been prepared yet.
We recommend submitting your request within 24 hours after purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy for any refund requests.

Corrections can only be made while the order is still being processed.

Damaged Package Upon Delivery
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting our support team immediately.
